We here at Choctaw Electric Cooperative know many of our members have busy schedules or are not always working in the area when their bill comes due. We have employed several methods of payment to ensure every member has a way to pay their bill to keep the juice flowing. Options are as follows:
Multiple Kiosk locations have been set up this past year, and will accept cash, check and credit card payments. Payments made to these kiosks require you to enter your account number and are posted automatically to your account.

Smarthub allows payments to be made either online using any internet connected device, as well as a smart phone app available for both iOS and Android devices. Automatic payments may be set up if a member wishes to have their bill paid on time without needing to remember to do so.
- Automated System
Forgot to pay during business hours and would like to pay by phone? We've got you covered there, too! Give us a call at (580) 326-6486 and the voice response will have an option for paying using our automated system. Payments made through this are applied to your account automatically.
- Customer Service
Payments can be made at any of our three offices listed below at any time between 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. Monday - Friday excluding holidays. Don't wish to come in but still want to pay with a real person? Just give us a call at (580) 326-6486 and a friendly customer service representative can take your payment over the phone.
- Night Deposit
Night deposit boxes are located at each of our locations and are checked first thing every business day. WE ASK THAT YOU DO NOT PLACE CASH IN THE NIGHT DEPOSIT BOX.
